I'm pretty sure the stats are based on campaign, i.e. campaign.rp.  I don't think you need unique RPs for each campaign.

Also, this will work perfectly fine in Progressive mode - the only requirement is a ready agent, and no algorithm will be affected.

In progressive yes. The issue again is with algorithm which is only used on Predictive.
