GVP8 and Audiocode

Hi everyone,

I am struggling on a GVP8 deployment.
GVP is setup behind an Avaya/T1 CAS/Audiocode.

When our vxml app transfer the call back to the avaya we have an issue rerouting the call with the audiocode.
I setup the SIPServer trunk DN of the audiocode with a REFER transfer, the audiocode gets the request but try to route it as a Tel2IP instead of a IP2Tel.
Would there be a key setup on the AC to route the REFER correctly to the intial T1?

Hi Ox,

first we need to understand better your deploy.

as far as you told us you call flow is:

PSTN > Avaya > T1 cable > Audiocodes > Sip Signalling(i'm assuming that) > SipServer > URS > etc.......

is the call flow above correct?

your GVP application is using what type of transfer? (Blind, Consultation or Bridge?)

You are receiving the call, attaching something and sending back to Avaya? is that why you need to reroute? how you are trying to reroute? with a forced TRoute?

do you have integration direct with Avaya or only with Audiocodes?

cheers,
