GAD From Adress Drop down

I have defined a pop client and smtp client in email server and it`s working fine. However, I need, when agents answering an email interaction to have 2 addresses in FROM drop down list, but both using the same pop- client

My pop and smtp client address : callcenter@anda.com.uy

But I want to have an additional address for the agents to have in GAD , noreply@anda.com.uy so if they dont want the clients to reply them.

Is this possible??

Thanks!!!

If not wrong you can add it under Business Attributes. Not in my head right now the name but on GAD deployment is a reference.

Cav is right, I think that the option/business attribute has name "Email Address" or something like that

You can also create a dummy pop-client with the no-reply address and set it to not enabled.
Just be sure you use an unique username even if its not gonna be used.

I have used that appproach several times.
