SNMP Tables not refreshing properly.

We are currently monitoring the tsDtaTable via the Genesys SNMP master agent. This table tells us which CDNs have entered a state of 9. This typically means they are not being registered and either a CTI route point is down or no longer exists. If they no longer exist we remove the DN from Genesys administrator.

However, after removing the DN's they no longer exist within Genesys. They do however persist within the SNMP tsDtaTable. The only solution we've found was to reboot the T-Server(s).

In the end, I just want the SNMP table to update with the correct information.

Any thoughts?

Check TServer logs, what does it say? Does it even acknowledge the deletion of that DN?

Well...I see it is deleted so then SCS should be aware too...increase log level and follow the messages call flow across applications
