Siebel 7 and Genesys Outbound

I read that Genesys developed a component of GPlus Adapter Outbound Server in order to synchronize campaign management from Siebel to Genesys, but I don't understand exactly what you can do using this adapter and how you configure a campaign on Siebel side. In fact in Genesys Contact list you have a lot of required fields and also you can configure user defined fields and also chaining and treatments. But how you create these items on Siebel? Do you have to insert different fields in Siebel Campaign in order to create a calling list equal to genesys and then import it? And can you create chaining in siebel and treatments or you must create them in CME modifying object created by importing siebel calling list in genesys?
