We have created the java category stat to find number of CPD port using by the campaign.

[CurrentNumberDialPortsUsed]
Category=JavaCategory
JavaSubCategory=OCCStatExtension.jar: CurrentNumberDialPortsUsed
Objects=CampaignGroup

How to  configure the same into CCPulse Application?

?? What do you mean? CCPulse is a StatServer client so just create a template to use it

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

I have created the below mentioned statistic in the StatServer Option value. [Because we are using the Infomart for reporting purpose. So, we have directly added the statistic into the StatServer Option].

If I try to configure the same into the CCPulse, the JavaCategory option is not available while open the Template Wizard for the CampaignGroup view.

The "OCCStatExtension" has been available in the statserver installation path. I have restarted the StatServer application after created the statistics into the Statserver as per the Genesys recommend.

Any other configuration is available to view the Javacategory in the Template Wizard for the Campaign View.

You still do not understand how Genesys reporting works - CCPulse is just a client and read the values of requested stats from the statserver. So, if you have configured new stats on statserver, within CCPulse you have to modify existing template or create new template with extend with this new stats. You must be connected to the statserver, where the stats has been created of course.

Kubig,

Thanks for your valuable reply. I have uploaded the screen shot of the StatServer Option for Javacategory and the CCPulse Template Wizard in the below link for your reference.

  http://www.sendspace.com/file/ip0gaq

In that, the CCPulse Template wizard not showing the JavaCategory statistics after restart the StatServer Application.

Are you connected to the properly statserver? Did you close/run of CCPulse after statserver restart?

I rechecked the connection of CCPulse. It is connected to the correct Stat Server only.

I have restarted the StatServer Application and reopen the CCPulse Application. Still, I am not able to view the JavaCategory in the Template Wizard view of the Campaign. I tried in the below Object Types,

1. Campaign Group Places
2. Campaign Calling List
3. Campaign Agent Group
4. Campaign

The JavaCategory stat have the Objects = CampaignGroup. Is it correct only?

Check if the JVM is initialized correctly during startup of statserver and the OCCStat are loaded.

PS:For viewing Java stats within CCPulse you have not to add these stats to the statserver configuration - all are loaded by default by the statserver.
