Hi,

Our client is running Interaction workspace version 8.1.401.19.  When a client talk to an agent, the agent need to be abled to transfert the client to another agent.  It's possible that the second agent is not logged in in IWS.  He want to be abled to transfert the call to that agent whatever his status or if he is logged or not.  If he is not logged, the call must go to the agent voicemail.

In GA, I have set the Interaction workspace option "teamcommunicator.list-status-reachable" to value "Not Ready, Busy, Logged Off".  For the Not Ready and the Busy status, it work fine, but not for the logged off.  I assume that something is missing to make the lync between the agent and is voicemail.  But what?  I have set a default Place in the Agent Info section in GA. 

Is there someone who can help me to make it work?
