Issue With SAP Business objects Client Tools

HI All,

Could any one provide me the steps for installing sap business objects Client tools on windows 7 which is available in Genesys website.

I tried to install the sap business objects client tools available in Genesys web site,The set file has gave me the below mentioned error after selecting the Language option.

ERROR:

The update installation cannot proceed because either the target product is missing or is not the correct version for this update. Verify that the product to be updated exists on your system and you have the correct patch.

That is an update as said, you need to ask to Genesys the full installer first.
Open an eSR and they will grant the access
