Unable to login to any channel in IWS

I just installed the IWS app in a new test environment. My test agent is able to launch and login to IWS, but it is unable to logon to any channel (the log on option is grey out). I can monitor the extension the agent is using in CCP and I also verified that the agent has proper role privilege. I'm running out of ideas on what else to check.

Does anyone have any idea what I might be missing here? Any help is much appreciated.

We figured it out. It was silly. Forgot to add the proper permission to T-Server application. >.<
