Has anybody installed WFM 6.5.1, and has trouble printing in Internet Explorer using the Java PlugIn? It seems to just hang and use 100% CPU after pressing the print button.

Most annoying!

  • Same problem here. Downgraded to Java 1.3.1 plugin (from 1.4)... problem fixed.

  • Hi Ritchie

    Have you experienced any other problems with the web services part of wfm 6.5? Specifically, we are seeing some odd errors on the client side when you try to click on any of the buttons in, say, the adherence screen, we get
    "class does not support automation or does not support expected interface, error
    type =1 error code 0x800a01ae location=webservices"

    Also, the login.jsp page throws up an error and redirects to a different page on login after dropping the username and password field entries. If you enter the details again, we get an error:
    The URL displayed has no jsessionid anymore and the uid is different

    Any ideas on what's going on here?

    Thanks for your time.

    Nick

  • I actually didn't experience any problems with upgrading to 6.5.1 apart from the issue on the forum. I've sent a document describing the installation process in case you've missed anything out, but it appears that your email address is not valid.
    Just to make sure, you mention version 65, which is IIS, my version is 651, which is tomcat.

    Yes it is WFM 6.5.1 and we are using tomcat.

    If you could try sending the document again to nicktadd@totalise.co.uk, I'd be grateful.

    Thanks for your help.
