GIS Server?

Is anybody here using StatsSDK or ConfigSDK via Genesys Interface Server and SOAP over HTTP? We experience stability issues with GIS and I'd like to know whether anybody programms GIS, too.

Hi Ralph,

We are using GIS with IIS for wallboards.
I have modified the sample GIS program to create a small server application to provide the neccessary statistics.
The application is running since january and we have no bigger problem about it.

Do you need more information?

No, we solved the problems overhere, too. Genesys provided us with a new version of GIS...

Besides this: Did you manage to change CME objects via ConfigSDK? We are able to read every single detail but updating seems impossible (SOAP EXCEPTIONS).

I don't have experiences about it, we are not using ConfigSDK
