Using KVPs to filter data in Info Mart

We are trying to make a modification to some KPIs, SLA specifically, and are trying to exclude specific metrics based on KVPs. As an example and to keep it simple, assume SLA is calculated as Calls Answered in 30 seconds/Calls Entered. However if a call were to RONA and return to the queue or be answered after it returned in 30 seconds, we want to exclude those calls from numerator and denominator. CCPulse and CCA have been successful by using a filter that says not pair exist ('RONA','Y').

The question is can we apply something similar in Info Mart/GI2, especially at the aggregated level (We do collect the RONA KVP in Info Mart).
