Invalid Value: Application Type 184 Genesys Administrator Server

Good day everyone,
I am attempting to install Pulse (Formerly EZPulse) and am running in to an issue when importing the Application Template within Genesys Administrator.  Here are the specifics of my environment:
Config Server - 8.1.100.16
Genesys Administrator - 8.1.304.05
Genesys Administrator Extensions - 8.1.400.64

When I import the Application Template for Pulse, the Application Type shows as Type 184.  It should show "Genesys Administrator Server" according to the documentation.  When I click Save, I get the error "Invalid or missing value.  The specified information is not within the allowable range.".

In the GAX Deployment Guide, there is a warning that you must use a newer version of Gen Admin when importing templates with type 184 because older (Pre 8.1.200.x) versions do not support this value.  Well I am using the latest Gen Admin and am still getting the error.

Does anyone have any clues or directions to point me in?  The logs only tell me what the error message states so that doesn't help.  It's almost like Genesys thinks I am not using the latest Gen Admin to import the template.

One additional note - I do have an older version of Gen Admin installed on a different server but I am not using that one.  Additionally, when I log in to Gen Admin on my workstation, I do see the proper version.

Issue wouldn't be on GenAdmin but on CfgServer....probably you need an upgrade

Thanks for the direction...
I was leaning toward that but the Genesys documentation threw me off...
The prerequisites for Genesys Administrator 8.1.304.05 were, among other things, "Framework 8.0 or higher".
Then, in the GAX Deployment Guide, the "Warning" was to have Gen Admin 8.1.200.x or higher to support the Application type of 187.

My next stop will be a Config Server upgrade.  We need to do it anyway...

I think that the confserv must be on version 8.1.2 or higher.
