Hey guys,
Anyone has the APD and XML files for CME/Administrator?
Genesys has no clue on what they have to do....so frustrating to work with them....

Are you referring to a template for Speechminer? Or to the templates for any of the GIR components

There are no templates for it. You just need to create a new application in GA using the existing third party server template and name it Speechminer, no option, no connections, no nothing. If you want to use a different name, you'll have to match it with the one configured in the recording tab of the SMConfig tool.
The Spechminer application object is only needed in GA for Speechminer to gain access to the configuration server, register as a client and read the configuration it is interested in.

Well that is what I did to test as imagined I could create the application options checking CfgServer logs and didn't work. Will check it again.
Thanks!
BTW documentation says there are template files...Doc sucks
