Missing Views/Objects/Extended Status Tabs from CCPulse 8.0.1

my team is utilizing 8.0.1 right now, and we have this issue that keeps popping up.  Members when undocking can find that the options just disappear.  When i look at their CCPulse, I have tried the key command and selecting 'view/object/etc.' from the view menu and still nothing appears.
We have encountered a similar issue in previous versions and have only found that re-installing has corrected this, but I'm thinking there has to be a better way.  I've tried modifying their screen options in general to ensure everything is appearing correctly and it's not being cut off at all, no dice.  I tried looking at the config files for the users and found a bunch of discrepancies, so there was no real alignment to try as far as set up that i could see.
Has any one else found this issue?

Q: What do you mean "undocking"?

You might want to check your Persons/Agents Roles/Permissions within CME/CIM/GA, specifically for CCP+.  Just to make sure whoever is logged in has the necessary Access levels to see, make and do the actions you've described... but that's a pretty basic check.

Try to upgrade to last version and enable CCPulse logs.
Also post a screenshot of your issue to understand better

the users previously had the options of objects, view, and extended status in the bar on the left, so shouldn't be a permissions issue.  i've attached a link to screen shot that shows what I mean by docking....essentially the floating views bar in teh screen shot is now just gone for the users....it's like they have floated it away and it can't be retrieved...

What Is View menu selected? Press F7 F8 and F9
