Installation of Gplus adapter for SAP ERP

HI,

Have installed the Gplus for SAP ERP version 7.5 (IP_GplusAforSAPR3_7500018b1_ENU_windows) but when trying to start the application its giving the below error message

Error message: Application popup: sapr3adapter.exe - System Error : The program can't start because LIBRFC32.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

Though LIBRFC32u.dll exist under C:\Windows\SYSWow64 and have copied the same file on GCTI installation folder too.
Please let us know what could be the missing step or suggested action.

As it is a 32bit software on a 64bit you need the 32bit library on System32 folder

Also, I don't think 7.5 has support for 64bit platforms. Remember you will be out of support even from us.

Thanks. I have moved the file (librfc32u.dll) under the path (C:\Windows\System32) but still receiving the same error message.
If its going to be out of date so is there any latest version available that would be supported on 64 bit operating system? The last version of available GPlus for SAP ERP available on the support site is 7.5 only.

No, there will not. Integrations are being migrated to a IWS plug-in based one. So all integration happens on IWS rather than on a server. This happened already with MS Dynamics.
Ask Genesys what are plans for SAP and when.
Easier would be to ask a 32bit os like Windows 2008 32.
