We are thinking about adding an outbound activity to our center, and are currently being approached by several vendors regarding the possible venues of implementation. Avaya and Genesys are on the top of our list.

Does anyone have any comparison/performance charts for Avaya vs. Genesys? Genesys is offering to install their ocs 6.5.3. Has any one here being using this product? What are some of the product capabilities that we should concentrate on?

In case you were wondering, we have 10 Avaya switches (independent of each other) with 200 to 2000 agents per switch. The initial outbound activity will take place on a 200 seat switch.

I welcome any comments and or suggestions.
