I want to know if anyone has already installed it. What are the issues you encountered, where there any performance issues?

We at Elix have installed it at a couple of client sites. It is excellent for general reporting of averages and totals for any object that stat server can handle. It will meet 98% of all customer's needs. The missing 2% would involve callycall details which is not reasonable to capture directly in CCA.

Be forwarned about database storage requirements and CPU load. Both are heavy, however, in return you'll have quick on hefly tabular and graphical reports on historical information.

Our clients are generally very pleased with CC Analyzer and its Brio based reporting tool.

  • We are being told by Genesys Japan that here in Japan CC Analyzer delivery date is postponed for indefinitely. I wonder why!
