Co-Browse masking
« on: June 12, 2015, 10:25:55 PM »
Hi guys,
On CoBrowse, can we mask parts of customer screen? Like CC number?
If so, can you please point me to documentation on that and other features?

Thanks!

I don't think we can mask whole page.

Plus another question on co-browse plugin, If I am using GMS as interface for all initiating chat, I assume co-broswe plugin will work as it only refer to chat server and nothing to do with GMs, Any thoghts ?

Found what I needed. You mask based on html field names. Nothing impossible to do.
What is GMS?

We are planing to use GMS for both MObile and Web ?

We can use the Javascript sample on the webpage to initiate the Chat., Got confirmation from PS also.

My question is co-browse plugin should work with web.

No plan to deploy co-browse on mobile.

On Web as usual, follow Cobrowsing installation only, call API on your site and done.
