Attach a pic or file to chat

Is it possible to allowe users to attach pic or a voice note or doc to the chat  and  send it to agent on workspace ?

No, but I was thinking on uploading to a 3rd party server and show to the agent a link only

Thanks other question is can we show agent picture with agent id on chat ?

Yes, you can show agent picture on chat window. just send the eployeeid via an esp request (eg 12345), then show image "12345.png"

It is not an existing image on http server, is a file or a screenshot taken from customer side. For example, I take my cell and take a picture to a prom code, would like to send it to agent so he can see what I am talking about.
What you describe is for images that already exists on the chat server.

Ah that is more answer to second question... Would do it by Ajax maybe, capture the agent ID, do a db search and show the agent face...why not video call then?
