Datasourcer DBserver error

I am working on lab setup for CCpulse and CC Analyzer. unable to start the datasourcer with the DB connections i created

Please find the log below and let me know where I need to correct

Why do you configure connection to the DBServer? You just need connection to the DAP. Meanwhile, try to post log of DBServer covering the issue - there appears more details informations.

Infact i am facing an issue with DataSourcer too.

Your ods won't run with another user that is not db owner, maybe sa. Upgrade ods or configure that user role on dap.
Don't remember the option right now, but if you do a search on Genesys support will find it.
