Hi Team,
Is there a way to mark an email as High Priority so when my customer reads that email in let's say Outlook/Lotus Notes he gets it as a high priority email?

Set RFC Header "importance" to proper value (for example "High") within the routing strategy

I want to achieve this using the Desktop client and not routing strategy. Like iWS/WDe or maybe a custom built application.

How do you want to send the emails from any app without any related to routing? You always use IQ for outbound emails, and IQ has relatation to the BP (Business Process) where the strategy should be linked.

Use an attach Data value named Priority... Then read that value from strategy and apply what Kubig said...simple...

Only one recommendation : order and visit any Genesys training. I cannot image, how you can work with anything what do you not know on basic/rookie level. It is same, that you cannot drive a car if you have not passed the driving school exam. On other side, all is documented very well within URS_ref guide, so you can get that as a knowledge source. We already have helped you and tell you how to achieve your goals in this topic.
