gis tenant resources not found

Hey, previous consolestats admin retired a couple of years ago good thing is the current executable is still working. However when I compiled the project source code and copied the compiled files to the server it would error out.  I get an subscribeToStat: java.rmi.RemoteException tenant resources not found followed by subscribeToStat: java.rmi.RemoteException  stat reference already used. It seems to me it subscribe to session service OK but it gets bogged down trying to subscribe to stat service. Any help would be much appreciated.
