Hi,
Please help me guy's - I've setup Genesys email solution, and all things are working perfect like acknowledgement receiving, screening, outbound emails but only receiving emails on desktop is not working. I tried bot agent desktop 7.6 and IWS 8.1 but still no email received on desktop.
In URS logs, I can see that URS ask for SELECT MAX by stat <StatTimeInReadyState> from Stat Server, and URS get agents result too.

But, CCF2 (READY Agent on Desktop) is ignored for target selection as it is not valid DN type.
I would appreciate if somebody can share his knowledge about this problem.
I don’t know how it can be fixed, so URS select agent for email routing.
