wrong connid and RTP stream

Hello guys

We have the following scenario:
An agent DN, that is part of a campaign, is reserved by the dialer when an EventDialing is received. Almost at the same time( after 1-2 sec) another call is received or is made directly on the agent extension. Practically there will be 2 connection ids and 2 RTP streams.
The problem is that in Verint , that is our recording solution, it arrives the first CTI event , the first connid (of the campaign call) and the second RTP(from the direct line call). The first RTP is not established because when the call gets EventNetworkReached and tries to connect the 2 parties, the DN is already busy so it will release the call.
The second CTI event , although is sent to Verint, it doesn’t appear as a recorded call in the database.
The consequence of this behavior is that we receive the same ANI and DNIS in the Verint reports.
Is there a way on how to block calls to CISCO phones?
Any other ideas on how to resolve this?
