Webservice timeout

Hi,

I am using framework 8.1 and I have been making strategies with custom server and ESP. Both have options of time out in them like in custom server there is an option of life_time and ESP had an option in the ESP block. Can we have the similar option for webservices on genesys side and not the web service side

Yes, there is an option in the URS that controls how long to wait for anything external.  Search the URS deployment guide for "request_timeout".

If you don't want to set it across the board on the URS, you can also set the timeout for the current interaction in a URS strategy using the "set call option" function.
