Hello Everyone,

We are facing one issue intermittently in CC where in IWS application is getting hang while doing call transfer, below is the IWS logs collected form client machine:

Troubleshoot the statserver logs or check the connection to the related statserver. In other hand, check the configuration of IWS/WDE object on application object level.
