hello,

I am sure this is possible but can we join multiple logs and search by a connid using kazimir?

in a large contact centre checking a single call across multiple logs can be difficult so looking for possibilities to overcome this.

thanks.

In the latest version of Kazimir is the feature which allows to you open more than one log file at one moment and of course the searching is through all opened log files.

Not sure you even need a specific version, I've been using Kazimir to do this for many years.  The way I do it is just open the first log, then drag and drop the other logs onto the Kazimir window, it will open as many files as you need this way.

Just checked my version, it's 0.3.0.1

I'm not a big Kazimir user though, with a 99% Linux environment, and OSX on my work machine, switching to Windows for log reading is more pain than it's worth.  So I generally use 'grep' to do multiple files, or 'less' if I need to go deep.

For these purposes is great to use the Cygwin app on Windows. There you can use almost all Linux cmds, like usable grep, sed, less, tail, etc.

On corporate PC yes, I am using Windows and I am not ashamed for that  ;D Personally, I prefer Linux. I have just mentioned very usable tool for log troubleshooting on Windows platform.
