I am using Avaya CM Tserver with Simulator and not actual Avaya CM. I have a simple strategy which routes to an agent and thats all

Framework 8.1
The Routing Point is 5530

i have configured:

no-agent-asnwer-timeout=10
no-agent-asnwer-overflow=5530
no-agent-asnwer-action=none

When call start coming on the agent in IWS , i jsut reject the call and call goes back in the strategy but gets stuck in target selection block. I dont understand why is that happening coz shouldnt it come to the agent again?

What specific part of URS logs should i send.

Also I just checked, I tried to change timeout of the agent-no-answer-timeout but it doesnt change I mean call keeps on ringing and it doesn't take the specified action. Any idea about that? also i tried to change agent-noanswer-overflow to another DN, it doesnt route to that agent.

Logs would be useful when Tserver is following those options, it is reading these three options and updating the values but not implementing them, the call doesnt go back after the timeout value and it doesnt redirect to the DN i want it to in the overflow option. Please assist

what is your extn-no-answer-overflow , timeout etc set to ??
