We are planning to implement Genesys solutions to be interfaced with our Avaya G3R... This is an urgent client requirement...

    • Well, check Genesys CD that you got when you have purchased your TServer there is a folder called documentation. Inside there you will find all the docs you need for your PBX.

    Can I recommend you invest in some Genesys training and hire some experianced Genesys techies to help you. It's not as easy as you think.
