General License Question

In my experience, LAB licences usually come with greatly reduced costs from Genesys, as they form a part of the general licensing for PROD.

Has anyone any other experience?

    • Not always, I have seen list price for lab and is not cheaper. You get them "free" as long as you are a partner paying your quota. You have licensed everything for one year with 5 seats each. I do have that model.
    Lab for customers is expensive tho.
