Adding timestamps into CC Pulse Views

Good Morning,

Just starting with the Genesys stuff in earnest at the sharp end although I have been a user for about 3 years. I wonder if anyone knows the answer to my minor problem. We run a Macro which saves sequentially about 30 CC Pulse Views of various types to HTML files and then exports them to an Intranet site so that our diverse workforce have access to basic live call stats.

Is there any way of adding a timestamp to a CC Pulse view so that can be displayed to our audience as well?

This looks like it may become a home from home....great place it seems at first glance. I hope to be able to contribute something too as well as leech knowledge from you good folk

TIA

Paul

Welcome Paul!

Maybe not in the View, but perhaps within the macro for export.  Can you send it up so we can see what's happening?

Thanks

O.o why not use historical reports? Install some free BI and create reports accesible via Web and you are done.
You can show what happened even on intervals of 15 minutes or less if you configure your ODS reports as you want them to.

Thank you both for your replies.

@adamgill, we are using a freeware Macro programme called Pulover's Macro Creator Portable for this. I think you may have got the solution we need there...although I am new to this particular piece of software and may need to delve into it a bit more before I can add the timestamp.

@cavagnaro, thanks but I am not sure using the histoircal views would actually meet our needs, the ponit of this is that remotely working agents are able to see basic call stats in real time (or as near as possbile), we place restrictions on outbound calls when we have above a certain number of inbound calls in queue and we rely on the agents to self manage this activity. A historical reort would be by definition a little time late and therefore not really what we are looking for, but thanks anyway.

CCPulse is using the VBS as I know, so try to look for some default function for getting the timestamp. I think, this is not related to the Genesys directly.
