Virtual Queue detail in Interaction Resource Fact table

Can we save Virtual Queue detail in INTERACTION_RESOURCE_FACT for Inbound Email ?
If yes, where and what is that option ?

Actually, I have a attached data Service (its name for Inbound and Transferred virtual Queue).
Now, suppose i got an email which entered into Inbound VQ (of Service Name X) on 4 pm on 1-Mar-2016, and it was not received by any agent on that day.So we do not have any row for this in IRF, and hence no attached data and hence no Service Name at the end of the day.

Can we save that VQ detail in IRF or is there any way to capture the attached data in this case ?
