Historical data question (Genesys WFM)

New to theese forums but got a question about acessing historical data in Genesys WFM.
We are currently reconstructing our WFM setup with new activitys to reflect organisation changes. We got new activities set up and have started to collect historical data from our Virtual quees but we have ran into some troubles.

Since we changed the activities we have imported historical data from CCP to alla virtual quees but we realised that CCP only holds one year of data in our config. Is there a way to get VQ (non agregated data) from Genesys WFM database? At the moment we only have the agregated historical data on activities and that data Is now incorrect with our new setup.

Thanks for your help
Johan

Short answer: probably not.

Long answer:

That depends if your environment is configured to keep unaggregated data.  The fact that your aggregated data output via CCP extends to a year implies that your data retention rules only allow for a year.  You might want to check any existing back-up's beyond the year - but it's rare that enterprises still do that sort of thing.

As far as I recall; WfM aggregates data from source via it's own Application (WfM DA) - as with most ETL systems it only maintains unaggregated data until the aggregation is confirmed - then it deletes the source data.

Have you considered taking any available unaggregated Queue data from source (PBX) and converting it?
