Hi Friends,

We have 100 agents. All are having there own followers so we created 100 campaigns for each of them. Is there any way in genesys outbound solution we can merge call calling list in one and dial from one campaign. but perticualr record need to dial from that particular agent only.

Kindly provide some idea friends.

How are your calling lists created?

Only one calling list with all customer details.

What's the rationale behind having such set-up?
What dialing mode are you using?

we are using preview dialing mode with 100 agents and 100 campaign. each campaign assigned to only one agent. now we are going to use only one campaign with all customer records in one calling list with push preview dialing. so we can reduce dialer efforts.

Push preview so you create a field in your tables to make a filter in the strategy. Probably the login so you can build custom Target by catching this as UData...

Never tried this, but maybe if all records are set with 'Personal Callback' could work the way you want. I don't have a prepared lab to try this hunch though.

According to my knowledge, in case using just the preview campaign mode, the only achievable way is through the Personal Callbacks which is the best way from my point of view. Creating personal Calling list is not good way which will be tricky to maintain as first. Using others campaign modes extends the options that you have got.

Hi  cavagnaro,

I did the same with IRD. But i am facing record retrive problem for everyone. Because first 1000 records mapped to agent 1 so agent 1 only getting the calls other records are not getting retrived and all other agents are sitting ideal. That is what i need a better strategy to handle this.

SCXML treatments should be able to control which records are pulled from the database, I think this is the only way you'll be able to achieve the result you're after.  I've never used them myself though so can't help with the specifics unfortunately.

Although, this kind of thing is not really making good use of the Genesys platform, IMHO preview dialling is a waste of a Genesys license, especially with your specific use case.  You'd be better off building a custom desktop module that simply pulls the next record from a database manually rather than using OCS to do it.
