Hi Guys,
I have a scenario where I am not seeing even abandoned for a call due to reasons unknown. Can anyone explain what is "sending abandoned, not released" ? Because I see there was an outbound call made from the extension at the same time and suspect the extesnsion was removed from this call before event ringing was sent. Any idea?
