Hi Guys,

anyone know when compatibility is due for Windows 2016 hosts?

Depends on what component/Genesys layer do you exactly mean, to make sure ask Genesys directly. If you will receieve any answer from Genesys, please, feel free to share it with us.

Probably next year on Q2 will have some first compatibilities.

Doesn't Genesys have a roadmap for it? I do not recall seeing anything yet.

yeah sorry should have said, planning big upgrade of platform which will be early next year so obviously trying to future proof as much as possible

I'm reviving this topic, anybody have some insights if Windows 2016 will be supported somewhen in 2017 ?
(Yeah, I know it's not on Genesys Case site so it is not yet supported. I'm just taking a chance if anybody heard about it recently?)

So, I've asked Genesys via an SR and they asked their products manager.
Answer: Earliest would be early 2018. And it may be a different date for each product release.

FYI, my question for support of 2k16 was focused on GVP components and TServer/SIP Server.
