Genesys solution for PCI DSS compliance

Does Genesys have any solution for PCI DSS compliance in contact centers? I read something about Echopass but I cant find much useful documentation.

In case they don't, do you know any third party solution which could be easily integrated with Genesys? Experiences and recomendations with PCI DSS compliance are welcome.

GVP does comply. Search the forum and also the Genesys documentation site

Also in all components you can choose which information to show and which to hide on logs.

I would also need to mask the DTMF tones, control the Verint voice and screen recording system (to stop and to restart it if it's needed), integrate it with the CRM... it is posible to do it all of this from GVP?

Control verint voice? Screen recording? That is GIR.
CRM integration.... Too vague definition but yes at DB or WS level. For CTI you have the TServer for PBX.
You better contact a Genesys sales guy. They will help you understand your needs and which products you may need.

To control Verint voice & screen recording you either act on an agent-side Verint app or through a custom integration in a Genesys-based agent desktop.
Nothing to do with GVP.

Thank you guys, I got in mind a high level idea and I'm just trying to identify every component I should take into account.

About the integration with the CRM... We use IWS for manage calls mails, etc. and a CRM where they manage the payments but agents tips manually the PAN, the CVV, expire date of the card, etc... There is not relation between our telephony platform and the CRM and the idea is to fill the gaps (input data should be asterisked) automatically from the IVR so we'll need to design some integration between both systems...oh god, I was so happy playing only with the IRD haha :D I know how basically it works but I neved did anything with GVP before...

GVP is not the one you need but some development on WDE.
