Hi

Where can I find a good description of what is the meaning of messages in a TServer log (or Genesys logs in general)?

Basically I am looking for a reference to help me to read log files.

Sid,

Genesys provides a Reference Guide in the Programming Tlib documentation kit. It has all the messages (Events and Requests) described along with detailed Call Model descriptions.

If you are missing the pdf, drop me an email and I'll forward to you.
