I am experiencing a problem with a user trying to access our WFM Web Services. I receive the message below. This user is set identical to others access groups.

Has anyone experienced this, or can point me in the right direction.

Hi dude if you start the thick client up and syncronize it, the agent will be fine. This seems to happen when new users are added to CME and WFM has not been sycronized after the creation.

What if there are multiple thick client GUI's? Do they all have to be sync'd up?

I believe the sycrinisation actually sycronises the WFM DB with Config Server.

Exactly, so any one of the thick clients can do the syncronization, and everything will be cool :)

Do you have an agent id assigned to this person who is logging in? It sounds like you do not have agent id assigned in CME!

  • No there isn't a agentID. These are not agents, the 'Is Agent' bolean is not selected in the person profile.
