1 To be based in India at Delhi,Bangalore, Mumbai etc

The total number of Genesys experts I need is 30 for 1, 2,4 and 10 for the USA posts.

Aso we are part of the annual Genesys G force in Athen, Vegas, Sydney and Tokyo so I confidently expect more business coming in from the sheer volumes of genesys users customers and resellers that participate in the G force events.
My current PSOs in India are getting between 12 to 17 lakhs anyways. So please feel free to sperad the word around!
My number is +91982049833 if you wish to call me sometime

Usually, I delete all posts like this, but I thought I would keep it for a few days just because of how silly it sounds.

Enjoy! :)

Sorry if I sounded "silly" by posting Genesys requirements on a genesys dominated forum to genesys experts, but if you guys are not interested in advancing your careers, then be my guest and leave my post alone. If someone is genuinely interested, they are free to contact me.

If I am breaking some sacrosant rule of this forum, please let me know and I will refrain from posting on the mains. Please send me a link of the aboveforesaid rules.

Regards,
Ganesh Krishnan

    Ok,

what is exactly a lakh? It sounds like a currency used on a planet Chubakka. Does it include transportation or are we supposed to get find our own way of shuttling across half a galaxy to get there?

For 20,000 Euros a month I do not mind getting there. As long as you pay for all the time it takes to get there and back!

There is no "sacrosanct" rules for this forum. And there is no problem with offering 20,000 in annual salary. The only problem was that you were sounding so smutt about it. And it is hardly a way to make a good impression.

Keeping in mind that Genesys is very expensive and usually costs millions to rollout, most of the people involved with Genesys work directly or indirectly in Fortune 500 companies in a first place. Sounding like an overeager headhunter with little understanding of the market makes me wonder just how legit you are and puts a very big question mark over the company that you claim to represent.

I don't pretend to speak for everyone here, but I worked very hard to come this far, and even though I am constantly looking out for better opportunities, your post sounds like you would never be able to offer me what I would require for a successful transition from my existing job. Integrity, support, experience are just few of the basic qualities I would expect from a professional headhunter. Juding from your post you lack all of them. And to make things worse, with your blatant disregard for common courtesy you have marred the name of your firm, which, by the way, I did have an experience working with. Too bad.

I guess I needed to be a bit more specific in my requirements, I apologise for insulting anyone's sensibilities :). A lakh is 100,000 in India. I gave the Indian salaries as an example, in a country where 20,000 Rs per months is considered good, my PSOs get 200,000 per month. The rates in USA and Europe and Australia will definitely be according to whatever rates or salaries you guys currently get. Eg, if you are at, say, 100 USD per hour or 15,000 USD per month( however is your income computed) there definitely will be a 30% to 40 % increase when anyone accepts employment with my company. The advantage for is that you get milti client multi site exposure.

Im not offerring the post of CEO Microsoft and Im aware of that, its just that I saw that the people on this forum gel with each other so well, and hey, Im offering you guys an opportunity to work together in the same company :)

    All (tips hat to Vic)

I'm quite surprised at the response we have here. The guy is trying to do a job and his grasp of English may not be that great. However, I would agree that this Forum is probably not he best place to advertise these positions.

If he were English or American I would agree that his advertisement is agressive. However, he is not, therefore I say "let it be".

And anyway, who's to say that there are not some Asians or Europeans (or indeed Americans) who are not looking for jobs in these areas, at these rates?

Can't we all just get along...? :)

    Tony,

I definetly agree with you; this is not the place to advertise jobs, but the only "disregard for common courtesy" seems to have been used by the other ones who probably don't know that there are guys working for much lower rates in the world and others who would be interested to get that money for a job like that. This is insulting, offering a job is not.

As a common courtesy to everyone involved, I have emailed the person directly listing several sites where he can list this sort of job ads.

Let's try to be nice to each other after all, we all have Genesys to pick on! :)
