Can someone guide me(or point to a documentation) on a step by step configuraiton to get CCAsim to work with the PBX simulator?

Any help is deeply appreciated.

Thanks

  • Hi,

sorry it took me so long to get back to you. CCASim connects to T-Server and not PBX Sim, so, all you need to do is specify agents and DNs you want to do. I know that words on their own mean little without some pics, so let me put together some basic things for you to follow.

    Best regards,
    Vic

  • Kamesh,
There is a tech tutorial in the genesys support site on the same. It is detailed the configuration.

  • Hi,
Thanks for all who endeavored to help.

finally got the simulator to make a set of calls. The essential problem was at the fact that we did not realize the TServer had to be restarted for the configuration changes to be reflected.

Currently, the simulator does make calls and i can attach a type2 scenario ( ringingwait, answer, talk, release, acw, ready) to work, however if i try a Xfer / conference scenario, the Tserver throws a "Extrouter not initialized" error.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks
    Kamesh
