Hi,
Any ideas on Compatibility of T server 7.6 integrated with URS 7.2 (Avaya switch)
such as any known limitations as you faced in real time..? any compatibility issues?

    • Hi,

    Genesys declares backward compatibility of its product so TServer for Avaya CM release 7.6 should be working correctly with URS 7.2. That's general answer as I have no experience with such combination of releases.

    You can contact Genesys TechSupport and asked them about any known compatibility issues before doing TServer's upgrade.

    • I have combined a TServer 7.5 for Alcatel with an URS 7.2, one thing I found was that some messages sent by TServer 7.5 to URS were marked as an error because the exchange of information and values used. Once I upgraded they disappeared, however this never affected the operation of the platform.
