How to get simulator to work with G3 TServer?

Hi,

I am using G6.5 PBX simulator for G3 and my G3 TServer connects and disconnects from it every 5 seconds. Anyone knows anything about it?

    • Ok, this is a simple problem!
    What you need to do is add another option to your Simulator definitions under "Switch" in CME. asaiprotocol ype or something like that and set it to g3.

    I am onsite right now and cannot look it up, but will ask someone to write the exact name of the keyword for me.

    • I've seen this too, you need to add the following in the switch's Annex tab under the Simulator section:

    Name = ctiprotocolmode
    Value = g3
