    It would have to be solved by the telco, no PBX, Genesys problem. Capture the ISDN traces and ask the customer to talk with their telco provider.

  • Sorry, I don't remember what the solution was. The client was telco operator so I assume they solved it somehow on their side as there wasn't much space to do it on PBX/Genesys.

    As suggested by Cavagnaro, capture the ISDN traces and ask someone to analyse these. Then you can contact your telco provided and discuss about possible solutions. Maybe there will a way how to modify Dialogic card to avoid this issue. Or telco provider will be able to give you list of "analog" numbers so you can remove these from calling list...
