Documentation for Genesys call center software administration

Hello,

I'm Jalal from Paris,
My english is so bad, i hope that u will understand me  :)

I need a documentation about administration of Genesys call center software, and all Hardware composents.

I Know perfectly the Avaya System and Vocalcom Hermes, i already worked with them, and now, i will start in a genesys project.

You need access to Genesys Support page, which can be only obtained if you receive trainig from Genesys, you are a VAR or a customer with limited accesses.
Genesys is not a hardware specific it is pure software.

but it is out of question. We would be more than happy to answer any questions you might have though :)
There are some EXCELLENT guides though written by no one else but Tony. Excellent material that should give you an overview of what Genesys is or should be.
