Anyway knows how to specify the default treatment URS gives the call when give_treatment is set to true?

Right now it is set to "true", and URS gives a ringback. Anyway knows how to change it to Music, for example?

Why do we need "give_treatment_option" when we can add a treatment command inside the script?

If one really thinks about this option and how it is being used, one would actually see that it is more of a hindrance. If there is an agent available when a call enters the scripts, wouldn't this delay the distribution of this call?

Can someone also tell me what is the minimum duration that the call is placed into the treatment?
