Help, I can not find IVR logs
« on: March 28, 2017, 09:59:11 PM »

My IVR initially generated a log file on the path:
Inetpub / wwwroot / MyIVR / Log / log.txt
But, at the moment it does not generate it anymore.
Where can I configure the Log path?
Is there any service to restart, to solve this?

::)
Thank

??? ??? ???
Which IVR?
GVP? 7.6 or 8.x? VoiceGenie?
You need to be more specific and usually logs are configured via SCI or CME

Hi ,

if you mean vocal application(vxml) I don't think you can configure a log for those application, their logs are being wrote in MCP log.I hope that helps  :)

Good day dear,

I'm using Genesys Studio 7.6, on the Genesys Voice Platform, I used the EMPS server to make that configuration, but 2 days ago I stopped creating logs. What could it be?

regards.

good day friend,

Ivr uses ASP in vxml and it works with IIS, it leaves a log record, using the 'Log' block or the VBscript 'call setLog (0,' call log ')' command, but 2 days ago I found the reason for it
