What is the metadata/attached data of the call? It must be marked with SRSScreenRecordingStarted or something like that (the exact query is mentioned in Muxer configuration file). If the call is not marked with this KVP, the audio and video will never be mixed up.

This is meta data of screen recording from client post to RWS
there are no have SRSScreenRecordingStarted

So, the screen is not marked as recording for voice call and thus cannot be mixed up

So, How can I config screen marked as recording for voice call
I think, When I config recordingWhen=random_voice(100), then screen mark with voice call
What is I missing config ?

What Kubig says is that it is a Kvp that needs to be setup.
Check deployment guide for it on how to be set.

Double check that the screen recording starts with voice call only and not with logged in event or any other event. There was a known limitation while using older version of WDE and SRS client, where the blending agents were not working, etc. So, strongly recommend to use the latest version of involved components.

As I wrote, make sure that the screen recording starts only with voice call and not with logged in event or any other event. Also, check the configured regions for particular components - region must be configure identically on all levels and please note it is case-sensitive

Thank for your update Kubig and Cavagnaro,
The issue have been resolved because I missing config on elasticsearch
I miss config :
index.analysis.analyzer.whitespace_lowercase.tokenizer: whitespace
index.analysis.analyzer.whitespace_lowercase.filter: lowercase
index.analysis.analyzer.mediaPartitionAnalyzer.tokenizer: path_hierarchy

Then reindex, restart muxer
-> Muxer can query screen and mixing voice and screen
-> Playback on SpeechMiner mixing voice and screen is OK

But It only mixing on 24h, can not mixing old files

I install two Muxer and config :
window_past = 1440 ( for Muxer 1)
window_past = 0      (for Muxer 2)

But It still can not mixing old files than 1 day

I check log on Muxer
It only Muxer 1 can mixing audio and screen
Muxer 2 can not query screen

Please check help me

Do not use Muxers like that, just reconfigure the first one to query larger timestamp.
