WDE Attachments Alert

Hi All,

Does anyone know if there is a configuration option to remind an agent to make sure they have attached any attachments to their outbound email. \

For example, Outlook knows where you have mentioned "attached" in the body of an email and will prompt an alert before sending to say are you sure you wish to proceed without an attachment if you forgot to add it.

Looking to have a similar function on emails our agents send in WDE. Any guidance would be appreciated.

No but maybe in your strategy check if the interaction has an attachment and if not return it to the agent
